Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your storage bag arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with proof (photo/video).
We will send a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
